Kevin has over 25 years of experience in commercial and residential lending. He has more than 16 years experience with large commercial banks. Prior to joining Pinnacle Bank, Kevin owned his own mortgage business for more than 7 years.

Kevin graduated from Bob Jones University in 1985 and relocated to Greenville from Philadelphia in 1999.  He enjoys helping people finance a new home, restructure debt to save money, and acquire additional real estate holdings.

Kevin derives great joy in his role as father to two daughters and a son. His family enjoys spending time together. Kevin is also a musician and plays keyboard for his church’s worship band.

Brad Franseen | Loan Officer

Brad has been in the mortgage industry for 8 years. He has worked with Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, equity loans, construction, and lot loans. Brad likes to consider himself a “mortgage consultant” more than any other title. He enjoys the different facets that each client brings, and the different needs that each client has and works hard to tailor each mortgage to meet those needs.

Brad attended Bob Jones University from 1995-1999 where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree. He met his wife Marcella at Bob Jones University and has been married for almost 12 years. “We loved Greenville so much that we decided to stay here,” Brad says. He and Marcella have 3 children, 2 boys and 1 daughter, and enjoy each of them very much. Brad is active at his church as well as serves as Treasurer for his homeowners association.
