We always strive to make reaching your financial goals easier. With our new mobile banking options, keeping track of your finances is more convenient than ever.

Mobile Banking Options

We offer three ways to bank on the go, so whatever type of cell phone you have, you can access your account information.

1. If you have a standard cell phone, you can view balances and recent transactions simply by text message.
2. If you have a smart phone (a phone with an enabled internet browser), you can use our Mobile Banking feature to check balances, transfer between your Pinnacle Bank accounts and even pay bills right from your phone.
3. Finally, if you have an iPhone or an Android, you can download our Pinnacle Bank app from the Apple store or the Google Marketplace.

Mobile Banking Enrollment Instructions

Before you can begin to use Mobile Banking, you must complete a few easy steps through your Net Teller account.

1. Visit www.pinnaclebanksc.com.  Click on the tab labeled Online Banking Login in the top right corner of the screen.
2. Enter your online banking User ID and password on the right side of the screen.
3. Once you are logged in to your personal Net Teller account, click on the options tab, and then click mobile settings.
4. Follow the instructions to complete the Web Mobile Settings page.
5. Follow the instructions to complete the Text Mobile Settings page.
6. Your next step will depend on which mobile banking option best suits your needs.

If you have a text enabled phone and plan to use text banking, you can view balances and recent transactions simply by sending a text message:

1. Simply text a command to 89549 to get started.  Available commands include (Bal, Hist, Help, Stop)

If you have a smart phone enabled with an internet browser, you can check balances, transfer between available Pinnacle Bank accounts, and pay bills from your phone.

1. To get started, type www.pinnaclebanksc.mobi into your mobile browser.  We recommend creating a shortcut to this page so that you can visit it more quickly in the future.
2. You will see a login screen.  Enter the same username and password you use to access Net Teller.
3. After you are logged in, using mobile banking should be intuitive.
