Our newest feature allows you to deposit a check right from your compatible smartphone or device. The mobile deposit feature must be enabled on your smartphone or other device before deposits can be made. Contact us to enable the feature and then follow the steps below to make deposits from anywhere!
- Login to our Pinnacle Bank App using your NetTeller ID and password.
- Select deposit.
- YOU MUST endorse the back of the check in the following way:
- Customer’s Signed Name, For Deposit Only, Pinnacle Bank
- To deposit the check, take a picture of the front of the check. If the check is legible select Use.
- Take a picture of the back of the check. If the check is legible then select Use.
- Key in the amount of the deposit and select which account to credit.
- Select deposit.
- We strongly suggest you write “deposited remotely mm/dd/yy” on the face of the check to avoid accidental duplicate deposits.
- Please keep the original check in a secure location for 30 days. If we have not contacted you within 30 days and the credit has posted to your account, destroy the check.
- The credit will post to your account in 1-2 business days pending final approval. Please refer to your Account Terms and Conditions for rules governing funds availability.
- Foreign checks, including Canadian checks, are not eligible for mobile deposit.
Mobile Deposit Fees
The Mobile Deposit fee is $0.50 per check deposited.
Deposits made to an account that receives statements electronically (eStatements) rather than paper statements will be allowed 5 free deposits per calendar month.
Mobile Deposit Fees will be charged to the account(s) where the deposit(s) were made in the calendar month following the month of deposit.
