You can tap the link on the old Pinnacle Bank SC app login screen to download the new app or download it for FREE for Apple Products and in the Google Marketplace

If you are NEW to mobile banking, please remember that you have to enroll in Pinnacle's mobile banking program through NetTeller. There are step-by-step instructions below to walk you through this process.

Enrolling in NetTeller

Before you can begin to use Mobile Banking, you must complete a few easy steps to enroll through your Net Teller account. Here’s how to enroll:

  1. On the Pinnacle website, click “Online Banking Login” in the top right of the page.
  2. Enter your online banking User ID and password.
  3. Once you are logged in to your personal Net Teller account, click on the “Options” tab, and then click “Mobile Settings.”
  4. Follow the instructions to complete the Web Mobile Settings and Text Mobile Settings page.

Using your smart phone, you can check balances, transfer between available Pinnacle Bank accounts and pay bills. To get started, type www.pinnaclebanksc.mobi into your mobile browser, and enter the same username and password you use to access Net Teller. Bookmark this page for quick access to Net Teller in the future!

Bank by Text Message

If you have a text enabled phone and plan to use text banking, you can view balances and recent transactions simply by sending a text to 89549 to get started.  Available commands include “Bal” (account balance), “Hist” (transaction history), “Help” and “Stop.”
