One of the very important new features of this mobile banking app is the “Manage Cards” menu, which gives you the ability to quickly change the status of your debit card. Considering the growing number of debit card fraud attempts and data breaches, we highly recommend taking advantage of these functions, especially placing and removing temporary suspensions on all your debit card transactions. The Manage Cards menu allows you to perform several actions, including:

• View a card status (active, suspended, lost or stolen)
• Activate a card – Activate a newly issued card or remove suspended status
• Report a card lost or stolen
• Suspend a card – When a card is in suspended status no transactions will be approved. The card status will be updated within five minutes of making the change. A card's status can be changed as often as you desire.

Placing your card in a suspended status greatly reduces fraud risk. With the tap of a finger, you can quickly allow or block access to your debit account, essentially making it impossible for scammers to invade your account when the debit card has been suspended. Every feature of this new app is a fraud prevention tool that YOU can control.
