David Barnett | President and Chief Executive Officer
NMLS #782932 David began his career in 1981 with C&S Bank (now Bank of America) in Greenville. He advanced to Senior Vice President before leaving in 1996 to join First Citizens Bank as an Executive Vice President and Division Executive responsible for commercial banking, leasing and cash management for the state of South Carolina. In June 2005, he left to form Pinnacle Bank of South Carolina. David has been very involved in the local community his entire career. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Greenville Local Development Corporation, and the Greenville New markets Opportunity Board. He recently served as the president of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Board and has served on many other civic and church positions. He has been in the Greenville banking market for since 1993 and served as the Greenville Market Executive for BB&T for several years. He was the President and Founder of New Commerce Bank and served at First Citizens Bank as a senior lender for the Greenville office. Jim serves on the Financial board for the Foothills Presbytery and the Blue Ridge Council of the Boy Scouts of America. Tommy brings more than two decades of experience in community banking with an expertise in accounting, financial reporting, and operations. Prior to Pinnacle Bank, Tommy was CFO of a bank in Georgia with $380 million in assets where his responsibilities included managing the operations, accounting, investment and technology areas. He has also been CFO for three other financial institutions and was a CPA with PricewaterhouseCoopers for six years. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina earning a BS degree in accounting. |

Hilda Brooks | Senior Relationship Manager & Commercial Lender
NMLS #779846 After graduating from Furman University, Hilda was accepted to the Wachovia Personal Banking School in 1987. She worked in Charlotte, North Carolina, and experienced all aspects of consumer lending and branch management. She returned to her hometown of Greenville in 1991 as a branch manager for Carolina First Bank. Hilda saw opportunity with BB&T and after joining the organization in 1997, she was integral in the establishment of the Small Business Lending Division in 2000. There she also won the Sterling Performance Award for small business two consecutive years. In 2003, Hilda continued to expand her banking skills by serving as a Private Banker for First Citizens Bank, lending to the affluent and emerging wealth segment. However, over the next six years, Hilda continued to develop her commercial lending skills and found small business lending to be the most rewarding in her career. Her diverse skill set serves perfectly for the challenges of a community bank, and Hilda was honored to join Pinnacle Bank of South Carolina in 2009 as Senior Relationship Manager and Commercial Lender. Jodie Keener | Vice President
NMLS #782934 A Greenville native, Jodie began her banking career with First Citizens Bank in 1979 as a personal banker while attending college at night. Her track record of success includes several years experience in Operations, Retail, and Small Business Banking. She has been actively involved in numerous non-profit organizations in the Upstate community including United Way, Ronald McDonald House, March of Dimes and many others over the years. Currently she is the SC PTA treasurer. She and her husband, Michael, have two children that attend Clemson University and Lander University.

As Vice President, Kelley will be responsible for managing all functions of Loan Operations, including document preparation for loan closings, loan review, and training. Kelley began her banking career in 1998 at BB&T, where she gained experience in human resources and benefits administration, 401K/pension plan sales, and both processing and closing mortgage loans. After BB&T, she furthered her career in commercial lending at several local Greenville banks before joining the Pinnacle Bank team. |
