How do I cancel my lost or stolen ATM/debit card?
- By calling or visiting one of our three bank branches during normal business hours.
- Over the phone during non-business hours at our toll-free number 1 (866) 546-8273. Your debit card will be cancelled immediately until further action can be taken.
- Login to your NetTeller account, and click on the Options Menu tab. Click the ATM/Debit Card heading, select the "lost/stolen" box next to the correct card and click submit. This will cancel the card. You will need to contact the bank during normal business hours to order a new card.
How do I cancel my lost or stolen credit card?
